Description

Julie Nord (b. 1970 DK) studied at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 1994-2001. She has exhibited her works all over the world, and in 2010 she had the solo exhibition Xenoglossy at ARoS Aarhus Art Museum and at The Nordic Watercolour Museum. In 2014, her solo exhibition JUST LIKE HOME at KUNSTEN Museum of Modern Art Aalborg(2013) and Gl. Strand(2014) was awarded by Berlingske Tidende as one of the best art experiences of the year. In 2019, she had a solo exhibition at Bomuldsfabriken Kunsthall (N). Julie Nord has received the New Carlsberg Foundation’s Art Award.
