Refund and Returns Policy
Should you regret your purchase, you have 14 days return right starting from when you have received the products. This we ask you to announce to us per e-mail to email@example.com or by calling us on Phone: +45 3391 7610 or +45 2637 7210 before returning the products. If you return the print this is at your own cost and risk. Please do not return prints per Cash on Delivery.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We do not refund if you knew the item was faulty when you got it, if the item has been damaged or if you have tried to repair it yourselve or getting someone else to do it or if you do no longer want the item, unless you bought it without seeing it and asked us for a refund in 14 days from receiving the item.
